The North Star Aerial Van gets graphics!

Because, what would a full service aerial production vehicle be without a little logo love?

It's a Ram ProMaster with a twist: we added custom badging and turned ours into an AerialMaster.

Big shout out to Joel Boerboom & the talented, professional crew at Catapult who went the extra mile to get our graphics done in time!  They even threw in this landing zone mat, which is safe and super cool.

Flying The US Capitol Christmas Tree - another first for aerial cinematography

Standing 88 feet tall and weighing in at 13,000 pounds, the US Capitol Christmas Tree was cut on Oct 28th, 2014. This year's tree came form the Chippewa National Forest in north central Minnesota, and almost 500 people were present to witness the tree cutting ceremony.

The tree will spend 19 days on the road and travel about 2500 miles before it's installed on the front lawn of the US Capitol. The weather was cool, calm and overcast. All the planning and prepping made for another successful day in the air.
